COVID REFUND CLAUSE

If any charter has to be cancelled due to the customer not being able to get to the boat then we will firstly try and agree new date and if this fails we will give a full refund.

Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA)

As with most charters, we charge Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) which is an advance payment required to act as a fund to pay for requested supplies, port, mooring and other legal charges and fees, fuel, communications, and any extras a guest particular requests.

In case APA is not entirely used at the end of the charter, the remaining sum is returned. In case the spending exceeds the APA, then the extra will be billed at the end.

APA is calculated at 30% of the total cost of the charter.
